In 2015, Lexus/Toyota introduced the 8AR-FTS engine with the NX200t, marking a new era for Toyota turbo engines after 17 years since the legendary 2JZ-GTE. Recognizing its potential, TTi embarked on its development journey, culminating in over 15 months of meticulous research and development.
